The Dixie Classic Fair is the second largest agricultural Fair in North Carolina, with attendance that averages 325,000 visitors each year. Operating each year during the first of October, the ten day annual Fair it is owned and operated by the City of Winston-Salem after being donated to the City by the Winston-Salem Foundation in December 1969.

Dixie Classic Fair cookbooks are available by calling 336.727.2236 or by coming by the office located at 421 West 27th Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 during office hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Cookbooks are priced at $15 each for pick up at our office or $20 each if you wish to have it mailed to you. These cookbooks make a great gift idea.
